Yemtar was founded by İsmail ÇOLAK with the aim of designing, producing and installing turnkey feed factories and achieving firsts in Türkiye and the world.

Setting out with the vision of producing at international quality standards and expanding its global market share with new initiatives, Yemtar made its first export to Nigeria.

Growing day by day and improving its service quality as it grew, Yemtar became a joint-stock company and moved to its new factory area.

Continuing to advance the feed industry and livestock sector, Yemtar realized its first international turnkey project in Algeria. It also started the production of the first forged chain conveyor chain in Turkey. It also exported to Sudan in the same year

Investing its earnings in the most advanced technologies, Yemtar continues to break new ground and produced the first plastic elevator bucket in Turkey.

Yemtar has started institutionalization efforts in order to ensure the sustainability of the service quality it offers to institutions and organizations in the sector and to further improve it.

Yemtar, which follows an environmentally sensitive policy in every step it takes and every service it provides, established the first organic fertilizer system in Turkey.

Reflecting the continuity and development in service quality to its production, Yemtar has produced the first geared pellet press in Turkey.

In the same year, it reached 40% of its annual turnover in exports and used the bearing sensor of Yemtar for the first time in Turkey.

As the market leader in Turkey, it has also made a name for itself in the international market with its exports to 44 countries.
