The rectangular premix unit is a highly efficient system that provides effective transportation and automatic dosing of different minerals and vitamins in the silo. The products carried to the weighing hopper by means of augers work independently and perform precise weighing of each product. While a safe exit is provided by means of pneumatic covers, the weighed product is taken to the bottom feeding hopper. This process shortens the waiting time of the mixer and increases the continuity of the system. This unit, manufactured from stainless steel, increases efficiency by minimizing human errors with ration tracking and automatic dosing.
The different minerals and vitamins in the silo are carried to the weighing bunker by means of augers. The augers operate independently of each other and each product is weighed separately. The output of the weighing bunker is controlled by a pneumatic cover. The weighed product is taken to the lower feed bunker. In this way, it provides the continuity of the system by shortening the waiting time of the mixer.
