The magnetic separator is designed to separate metal parts thanks to its Z-shaped structure that directs the product flow. The product taken into the system passes through the upper hopper and spreads along the walls where the plate magnets are located. The guiding blades in the sections where the magnets are located prevent the metal parts from slipping and provide effective separation. The magnets are controlled by the pneumatic piston outside the body, and the product outlet and metal collection outlets are separated by a valve. After the product intake is completed, the magnets are removed from the body with a valve, so the metal parts fall into the collection section and are separated from the product. Since it is produced with natural magnets, it does not require energy consumption.
The product taken into the system enters through the upper bunker and spreads along the walls where plate magnets are found due to its Z-shaped structure. Wherein the guiding body in the area when the magnet blades prevents shifting of the metals involved. The magnets are controlled by a pneumatic piston outside the body. The product outlet and metal collection outlets are separated by a flap. After the product purchase is completed, the magnet moves away from the body with the flap. The metal pieces coming out of the shooting area fall into the metal collection and leave the product.
